I am an Assistant Professor in marketing at Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University.
My research focuses on digital platform design and demand estimation. I have mainly studied two contexts: digital media products and consumer-packaged goods.
For digital media products, I examine the implications of platform policy design on consumer demand and creator productivity.
For consumer-packaged goods, I study how to improve demand estimation regarding learning and habits, utilizing experiments and neuroscience.
